The leader in that department is the 2027 Traverse, which leads its segment with a potential for 98 cubic feet of storage behind the front seats. When you don’t need that much room for gear inside the vehicle, you can use all three rows to seat seven or eight, depending on whether the middle row is configured with a pair of bucket seats or a bench for three. And when it’s time to hit the road for recreation, the Traverse is ready for your trailer with a towing limit as high as 5,000 pounds.
The Traverse’s trim lineup has been reduced this year, with the High Country no longer included.
